Did you accept credit card ?
We accept Paypal, where you can pay with your credit card. However, you must add extra rm3 from your total purchase.
Do you keep stock ?
All of our items are keep stocks.
Can I cancel my order after you have confirmed it ?
Yes, as long as you have not pay for the order yet. Otherwise, your money will not be refunded.
When is the due date to pay the confirmed order ?
You are advised to pay within 3(three) days, but you can take up to a week to pay for your confirmed order. We can only reserve your items for three days. After three days, we cannot guarantee that your ordered items are in stock.
Do you provide COD (Cash On Delivery) ?
No, sorry. All ordered items will be shipped as soon as the payment cleared.
Can I pay using Cash Deposit Machine / Bank Transfer ?Yes. Please keep whatever that can be used as proof that you had made the payment.
How about the Balance, if I banked in extra ?
Don’t worry, the balance will be refunded to you in your parcel or via bank transfer. Only for CIMB Bank Account Holder.
